(VIDEO) Sarah Sanders Blames Muhler For “Obsession With Conclusions”

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders sparred with reporters Tuesday during her press briefing.

Sanders was asked multiple questions about the investigation into Russia’s alleged meddling in the 2016 election and potential collusion from the Trump campaign, after news broke that special counsel Robert Mueller had interviewed former FBI chief James Comey and Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Mueller also reportedly wants to interview Trump himself.

“As we’ve said just about every day, this year since we’ve been here we’re going to be fully cooperative with the special counsel,” Sanders said.

The press secretary also said Trump had no plans to fire Robert Mueller, despite being harshly critical of his investigation.

“I think we all know what everybody in this room would do if the president did that,” she remarked. “I don’t think that is helpful to the process. The president wants to see this end and he wants to see them finally come to the same conclusion that I think most everyone in America has, that there is no collusion.”

Sanders also told the reporters they were “absolutely obsessed with anything to do with collusion.”
